Person in this position will be responsible for the effective operation of processes, systems and tools in the IT area throughout the company. This person will be the first line of contact for 7R employees in IT-related topics with responsibility for finding the right solution or controlling the supplier for delivering the solution on time.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES:

  •  Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and monitor IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals according to company standards.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability and security.
  • Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
  • Document IT procedures, technical solutions, and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to avoid downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards in all IT operations.
  • Provide training (including onboarding of a new employee) and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT resources and tools.
  • Cooperate with other departments in understanding and collecting IT needs both from software and hardware perspective.
  •  Support controlling functions with regards to IT budget preparation and execution.
  • Be a liaison between employees, outsourcers and 7R stakeholders.
  • Other IT responsibilities derived from actual business and/or back-office needs.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  •       Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Helpdesk Technician, or similar role
  • Knowledge of Windows, Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Knowledge of computer networks (DNS,  LAN, WAN, VPN).
  • Ability to manage and configure virtual servers (Hyper-V) and physical servers.
  • Basic knowledge on API, Graph API's.
  • Hands on experience with PowerShell.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communicative level of English.
